Vineyards Dzhirolamo Dorigo grow on calcareous clay soils of northeast Italy in the Friuli and rise above sea level to 220 m. Harvest begins in early September, the aroma preservation grapes cooled and insist in stainless steel tanks for seven months under strictly controlled temperature . As a rule, even a young Pinot Grigio is good, but it becomes more saturated in five or six years.
