The taste of wine is fresh, silky, long, well-balanced, well integrated with mineral undertones. Aromatic aftertaste has great complexity and persistence.
Very elegant, intense, harmonious and complex aroma of the wine has notes of melon and candied fruit nuances of jasmine, white peach, apricot, orange, pear, banana, honey, mango and wildflowers. The final touch in the bouquet are notes of baking soft and wet stone.
The wine is excellent with fish dishes, seafood, risotto and roasted vegetables.
