The grapes for the production of "Pingus" going with 4 unique sites with a total area of 4 hectares, planted with vines age of about 100 years. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation is carried out in new barrels, then wine is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels partially.
