Tasting Notes
Champagne is pale golden color with abundant foam and thin perlyazhem.
Fresh creamy taste of wine decorated with citrus overtones, subtle notes of biscuit, white currant, smoke and almonds. Spicy aftertaste lingering finish tone colors and stones.
The fragrance opens champagne in a glass shade, grapefruit, lemon, apple, pear, beeswax, jasmine, iodine and minerals, creating a gentle refreshing composition.
Champagne can be a pleasant aperitif, served paired with seafood, shellfish, white meat and fish.

"Cuvee Pierre Moncuit-Delos" is not vintage champagne, but that it does not lose clarity and purity of execution. This champagne is superior to many of the more expensive and prestigious sparkling wines, fascinating for its delicate, complex bouquet. Grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes made up each before re-use should be thoroughly washed to completely eliminate any contamination and not to provoke the premature start of fermentation. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats, followed by a mandatory malolactic fermentation. Maturing on the lees lasts 36 months. Dosage Circulation liquor added to the beginning of secondary fermentation in the bottle is lower than that of the majority of manufacturers (average 8 grams per liter) that provides taste utmost cleanliness and naturalness. After riddling champagne remains in the basement of the house for about 6 months.

Home Pierre Monkyui has several plots of vineyards with a total area of 20 hectares, with 15 of them - the Grand Cru Class. Most of the vines more than 45 years, which is rare for this region. Basically, the vines after they reach 30 years of age are trying to update to keep the productivity of these elite vineyards at a high level. But Pierre Monkyui have 2 sites, the age of the vines that already exceeded 100-year milestone. Their harvest is for the production of rare wine "Cuvee Nicole Moncuit". In the production of wines using only fresh berries from its own vineyards, the reserve is not harvested even bezvintazhnyh wines. After all, every year is unique and has its own characteristics, through which reveals its character. The annual output amounts to an average of 180,000 bottles of wine.
