Interesting Facts
Orakolo wine made from a single harvest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, located in the Colli Berici, home of Cabernet in Italy. The vineyard has a southern exposure, with an area of 4.5 hectares, planting density of 4000 vines per hectare pieces, the grapes are harvested by hand. Is fermented grapes and maceration for 15 days in vertical steel drums, subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels, followed by exposure for 18 months and then another 12 months in bottle.
The founder of the winery Inama is Giuseppe Inam, who in the 1950's started to get on their savings vineyards in the Soave Classico wine zone. Giuseppe was convinced of the potential of Soave and wanted to show the world what a Garganega grapes. His goal was to collect only high-quality vineyards with old vines Garganega and create a wine that would be able to raise the reputation of Soave.

In the 1990s Giuseppe Inam began producing red wines of the region Colli Berici.
