Tasting Notes
The wine is straw-yellow color with greenish hues.

Interesting Facts
"Monte de Toni" - a dry white wine that is produced from grapes Garganega. Crop is grown at an altitude of 125 meters above sea level. The vineyard used permanent irrigation system and manual processing of soil. The average age of the vines is 30 years.
Garganega is collected in late September-early October. After harvesting the berries are separated from the ridges and exposed the soft-pressed with a light cleaning. Fermentation of grapes takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17 ° C, then the wine is aged on the lees before bottling in late March.
Producer's description
In 1956, brothers Jean-Pierre and Claude Tricon acquire Domaine du Vauroux, located in Chablis appellasone and planted the first vines. In 1972, the vineyard area economy increased by 13 hectares through the purchase of land in the prestigious hillside Pargues. Since 1988, it becomes the owner of the winery Olivier Tricon.
