Interesting Facts
Henri Gouges founded his estate in the early 20th century, turning it into a winery with 1920. For more than half a century, Henry served as the unofficial "caretaker" in the wine of Burgundy. Largely due to his gift to believe the majority of Burgundy winemakers began to follow the rules of AOC, which Henri Gouges and he helped develop.
