"Il Prosecco Riserva" in barriques - soft, elegant grappa created from the pomace of Prosecco grape. Fermentation is performed in vacuum Grappa stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Nonino family knows the art of distillation since 1897. Quality, innovation, research, professionalism and love for work - their distinctive features. The founder of the distillery is Orazio Nonino, whose traditions have continued Luigi, Antonio, Benito with Dzhannoloy, Christina, Antonella and Elisabetta.
In 1973, Benito and Dzhannola Nonino revolutionized the production of grappa and positioning not only in Italy but throughout the world. Nonino distillery respects tradition and skill, the family personally follow each step in the process of distillation that guarantees the highest quality. Today, in the cellars of the distillery is located about one and a half thousand small barrels guarding precious distillates.
