Wine of straw color.
The taste of the wine is filled with shades of yellow apple, nutmeg, Brioche's bun, salted almonds, dates. The finish is long, creamy.
The aroma of wine reveals notes of ripe figs, meadow herbs, orange, thyme, nut bread, parsnip, Williams pear.
Wine can be served with vegetable appetizers, white fish and white meat dishes (poultry, pork), crustaceans, beef salad.

Neumeister, Morillon "Steirische Klassik" - an organic Morillon (as Austria is called Chardonnay) from a zone in southeastern Austria, which was named Vulkanland Steiermark (Styrian Volcanic Land) due to volcanic soil and the remains of volcanoes still preserved in the region in the form of hills . Morillon is grown around the commune of Straden, the age of the vines ranges from 15 to 25 years. Vineyards are cultivated by hand, exclusively organic methods. Carefully sorted grapes undergo soft pressing, maceration on the skin for 15 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 20-23 ° C. Aging on the sediment lasts 4 months. The storage capacity of Morillon "Styrishe Classic" is 3-4 years.

Winery Neumeister , created in 1961 by the Neumeister family, is located in the wine town of Straden, in Styria, in south-eastern Austria. The winery owns 30 hectares of vineyards, which are officially certified as organic. Due to the complex landscape of the area called the Volcanic Land of Styria, the vineyards are divided into tiny areas located on steep slopes. Each of them has its own microclimate and is given to the most suitable grape variety. The vines have both a young 5-year-old and a respectable 50-year-old. Part of the vineyards is classified as Erste Lage and Grosse Lage, which corresponds to the French Premiere Crewe and Grand Cru. Painstaking work at the winery, aimed at obtaining high-quality wines, includes lengthy processes of maceration and fermentation, as well as unhurried aging. Each wine is bottled at the right time. As a result, the winery Neumeister is on the market seductive and elegant, stylish and multifaceted wines, perfectly expressing the terroir.
