Wine of pale straw-yellow color.


The wine has a fresh, well-structured and balanced taste, in which the expressive tones of white flowers and citrus fruit interwoven with hints of ripe apple and pear. Long aftertaste marked spicy bitterness with accents of lemon.


In saturated, intense, slightly tangy bouquet of wine among the tantalizing colors of flowers and tropical fruit notes of pineapple clearly evident and citrus.


Wine perfectly complement the taste of white meat and fish. It is served as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light salads and seafood.

Morgassi Superiore, "Tuffo" - a gentle, elegant dry white wine with a rich range of attractive floral and fruity notes in the flavor and aroma. Producer's description

Agriculture Morgassi Superiore, founded in 1993, is considered one of the most modern wineries in Southern Piedmont. Its founder was Marino Piacitelli (Pyachitelli Marino), who after 50 years in the electromechanical industry, decided to settle in Gavi - the land of their ancestors, famous great white wines. To build a winery and planted a vineyard, he bought an abandoned area of ​​50 hectares, located on the southern slope of the hill, where twenty years earlier were uprooted last vines. In settling into a new place Marino helped his daughter Cecilia - Doctor stories dealing paleography. Not being experts in the field of viticulture and winemaking, they are well versed in the intricacies of production and therefore in his household were able to successfully establish the work on a scientific basis. After careful study of the terroir, the decision was made on 19 hectares of land under vines, plant varieties Piedmont Cortese, Barbera and rare Timorasso, as well as international varieties Viognier, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The new winery, equipped with the most modern equipment, were provided storage space for cooling grapes installed sealed stainless steel tanks, bottling line and the establishment of a cellar for wine storage and maturation. The plant employs a special laboratory, which controls all stages of production.
