Sea Mayorum 2008 has a well-balanced acidity and juicy, refreshing taste, in which the notes of apricot, orange peel and minerals are replaced by tones of roasted hazelnuts typical Fiano grape, developing in a long, buttery aftertaste.
Complex flavor reveals hints of spices, which are complemented by seductive shades of honey and acacia.
The wine goes well with delicate fish dishes, pasta with seafood, white meat, vegetable risotto and cheeses (especially Buffalo mozzarella).

Mastroberardino family has long been part of the Italian winemaking tradition and culture. Today, the production company based in Artipalda, heart of the wine region of Irpinia, where it is still preserved ancient wine cellars. According to sources, in the middle of the 18th century, one of the descendants of Berardino, in winemaking, received the professional title "master". Since then, the family had already had 10 generations.

The Mastroberardino company was founded in 1750, but was officially registered only in 1878 thanks to Angelo Mastroberardino. He also began promoting his brand. The first winery was built in Atripalda, in the very center of Irpinia. To date, 10 generations of the family have changed, having experienced both recession and prosperity, but the love and respect for the family business has remained the same. Mastroberardino is a symbol of devotion to tradition and technological progress in the Campania region.
