The wine is light straw color.
The wine has a rich, sweet taste, refined and delicate. Chardonnay gives the wine body, Sauvignon Blanc - acidity, and Müller-Thurgau - balance.

Grapes for Monthey Bianco collected in September. Fermentation takes place for 2 weeks in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18C. Every year it produces no more than 77,000 bottles, storage potential 2-4 years.
