The wine goes well with meat dishes, flavored with spicy sauce. Perfect accompaniment to veal and lamb, roast lamb and cheese. Examples of the best combination of: lamb chops, breaded in bread crumbs and thyme, or baked veal blade with onions and potatoes.

Great wine of Sicily. 2005 - Jubilee, the 10th in a row for vintage Mille e una Notte. On the wine label depicts a palace in Santa Margherita Belice, where she found refuge Queen Maria Carolina, who fled from Naples. The palace also once took a fancy Italian writer Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa. The image of the palace under the promising stars was placed on the wine label Gabriela rally. It is recommended to drink wine from large glasses, uncorking the bottle a few minutes before use. If the glasses are small, it is better to open the bottle 2 hours before serving.
