Wine "Petit Fumé" - a refreshing and light, created from grapes harvested only from the young vines economy growing on clay-limestone, clay-siliceous and marl soils. "Petit Fumé" vinified without using yeast and enzymes and bottled in the first days of winter. French winemaker Michel Redd, born in 1930, chose the profession of winemaker is not accidental. Local limestone-clay soils provide rich, harmonious and elegant wine with spicy tones due to the presence of silicon in the soil as well - with a rounded taste and stability, thanks to the limestone soils. Depending on the vintage, the wine of the estate are able to develop 4-6 years.
