The wine is light golden color with a beautiful shine.

Interesting Facts
In 1935, Joseph Leflaive, grandfather of the current owner Olivier Lefleva, was the first who began pouring wine under its own brand directly in Puligny. Olivier himself most of his life engaged in staging music shows in Paris, but in 1982 he decided to start a new life, returning to the affairs of his grandfather. In 1984 he and his brother Patrick, without giving guidance Domaine Leflaive, create your own business - negotsiantsky house Olivier Leflaive, and thus becomes the first in Puligny negociant. The property at Lefleva only 11 hectares of vineyards, all the rest - the purchase grapes from local farmers. Farm work, using the methods "biodynamics" and passed the appropriate certification, becoming one of the largest wine producers in Burgundy "bio". In one version of "Meursault" in old French sounded like "murisault" or "murassalt" and means "jump rat": Rat allegedly called forest, towering above the commune, and "jump" - an allusion to a deep ravine separating the vineyard today.
