2012 is considered a "classic" in comparison with the cold 2010 and 2011 years. Flowering began earlier than usual, but the low temperatures in early summer have delayed maturation. In late July began warming, dry weather conditions remained until mid-October, which allowed the grapes to reach optimum maturity. Assembled ripe grapes were desteblirovan and connected to different strains of yeast to create the maximum complexity. Gentle pumping of the wort in the fermentation process has been used for more complete extraction of color and flavor and soft elastic tannins. The wine is aged for 14 months in barrels of French and American oak, 30% of which - new.
