Wine perfectly complements dishes from game birds, especially pheasants, partridges, ducks, and goes well with white mushroom paella and semi-solid or soft cheeses.

Mas Belles Eaux Les Coteaux - new wine producer Château Belsen. In the taste of "Le Coteau" reflected shades characteristic of Mediterranean wines. In the manufacture of wine fermentation is performed in tanks of stainless steel and prolonged maceration (30-40 days). Wine kept in French barriques for 15 months. This rich red wine to complement any dining table.
Wine Chateau Belsen are the perfect product of local terroir. Almost 60 hectares of vineyards planted with varieties Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan. The vineyard is situated on a hillside, the soil sandy, clay and gravel. Name Chateau refers to numerous sources of spring water, which are located in the Chateau.
