The exquisite champagne Marguet, "Ambonnay" Grand Cru Extra Brut is created from the varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown in the sites located in the village of Ambon, classified Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims area. Wine is created in a biodynamic way, assuming the complete absence of chemical fertilizers in the process of vegetation. Champagne shows an ideal balance and harmonious saturation. Champagne house located in Ambune Marguet, surrounded by the cities of Reims, Epernay and Chalons-en-Champagne. The company was founded in 1870 by two brothers Bonnerave previously called Marguet-Bonnerave. Since 2005, the Champagne house called Champagne Marguet Pere et Fils. Now the family business headed by Marge Benoit, a representative of the fifth generation. The family owns about 10 hectares of vineyards in the villages Ambune, Buzi and Maya. 7 hectares have the status of Grand Cru. Benoit received a certificate of biodynamic farming in 2009 and uses extremely low amounts of sulfites in wine. In the vineyards used farm horse that improves the bioactivity of the soil. Health Land is a priority for Benoit. According to him, the horses are the link between the three elements of the terroir - the soil, the vine and the living organisms.
