For the manufacture of wine manufacturer used 4 grapes: Monastrell (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Tempranillo (20%) and Merlot (10%). The wine turned out very harmonious, with a complex, delicate flavor and delicate aroma. Harvested by hand and only after the grape reaches its optimum maturity. Grapes of each variety separately passed the procedure of maceration in contact with the skin. Maceration took place at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 28ºC, and lasted 15-20 days (depending on the grape variety). Then the wine was aged in American and French oak barrels for 12 months.
