Wine "Lo Zoccolaio", 2008 has a soft, warm taste with balanced tannins and a long finish.
Intense and elegant aroma of the wine is filled with tones of ripe fruit, spices and leather nuances.
Wine "Lo Zokkolayo" goes well with Italian dishes, roasted and braised meat, mature and blue cheeses.

Nebbiolo for "Lo Zoccolaio" grown in the vineyards of Cascina Lo Zoccolaio in Barolo with excellent southwest exposure. Harvest, limited 45 quintals per hectare, harvested by hand in October-November. Fermentation in tanks made of stainless steel in contact with the skin for 10-15 days. Aged in new oak barrels lasts 36 months. Before bottling the wine is not filtered. Wine storage capacity is 10-15 years.
Vintage 2000 won the silver medal at the international competition "International Wine Challenge, 2005".
