Liquor Limoncello di Capri is a true symbol of the Italian island of Capri. It reflected the southern sun, warm sea, bright summer. Liquor is made from an ancient recipe, the secret of which is the use of a single variety of lemons - "Oval of Sorrento", grown right on the island. Producer's description
At the beginning of the century vulgar Vincenza Canale, proprietress of the hotel on the island of Capri, the first to offer its guests a drink limoncello. Drink enjoyed success for many years, and in 1988, her descendants have created a company Limoncello di Capri. They patented the name "limoncello". Company Limoncello di Capri has passed numerous certifications, including ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001: 2004. The company boasts a full control over the production process - from the selection of raw materials to delivery of finished products. This has created a solid foundation for the international market of alcoholic beverages. Lemons from Sorrento and Capri IGP, used in the production of "Limoncello di Capri", are purchased directly from the farmers and the two are very careful selection: during the gathering, and then on the factory floor in the process of peeling lemon zest with which receive raw materials subsequently used to create an alcohol tincture.
