Tasting Notes
The wine is dark ruby color.
Soft and sophisticated taste of wine filled notes of blackberry, dried flowers, raisins and chocolate. Aftertaste - a long and spicy.
The wine has a rich and sweet aroma with notes of hazelnut, raisins and dark berries.
Wine is served with grilled meat and hard cheeses or pure as a digestif.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico - charming red wine "for meditation" (vino da meditazione) with a clean and elegant fruit flavors. Selected varieties of berries Kroatina, Rondinella, Corvina and Korvinone collected on new vineyard management, dried on tables for 5 months and undergo alcoholic fermentation. After fermentation, the wort should be a three-year wine aging in barrels of Slavonian oak and eight-month - after bottling. Wine storage capacity of more than 10 years.
