Color

Wine maroon.

Taste

At first acquaintance with wine discern shades of raspberry jam, rose petals and black licorice, followed by a more distinct mineral and spicy taste.

Interesting Facts

Bonnie Doon Vineyards manufacturer Wynyard located in California, whose climate and soil resemble Sredizemnorskoe coast than Bordeaux or Burgundy. Production owns Randall Graham, known for his unusual biography and non-trivial approach to winemaking. As a student, he started an apprenticeship Graham harvest wine warehouse, where he tried a variety of unique French wines.
