Champagne attracts a full and complex flavor in which shades of honey infused with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The finale, marked by nuances of candied orange, emphasizes the richness and exclusivity of the crop.
In the bright bouquet is dominated by aromas of honey, pine, wax and gingerbread.
Most harmoniously combined with champagne chicken with honey and meat (preferably pork loin) with spices. The wine is recommended to serve risotto with truffles, foie gras, as well as the exquisite dishes from poultry and fish.
