Red dry wine Labaume Aine & Fils, Bourgogne Pinot Noir AOC is made from the Pinot Noir grape grown in the appellation Bourgoise. Grapes are going to the stage of optimal ripeness. Vinification of the drink is carried out in a traditional way with strict temperature control. Fresh taste of wine is well combined with French cuisine, red meat, game and soft cheeses.
The vintages of the harvest in 2011 and 2013 were awarded at the Burgundy Wine Competition "Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin".
Producer's description
Labaume Aine & Fils is a winery with Dutch roots dating back to the first quarter of the thirteenth century. In 1350, the family Labaume moved to France, where they settled in Bon. The main winemaker of the company - master Alain Servo - comes from Burgundy, where his parents owned a small vineyard and a farm. The philosophy of Alain is to maximize the use of organic methods of growing grapes and producing wine in order to preserve and better display the nature of the terroir of Burgundy.
