Taste
The taste of the wine is full and enveloping, with dense, convincing, slightly astringent tannins. Notes of red fruits lie on the carpet of the shades of spice and dried red rose petals, truffles and clove. The extraordinary finale contains menthol and balsamic nuances.
Aroma

"Bellovedere" 2007 - a rich, dense, full-bodied wine with good structure. Montepulciano grape variety from which the wine is produced, harvested by hand in late October with vines, aged 28 years and older. Maceration and fermentation for 30 days passes in the open conical vat of Slavonian oak. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging of wine is carried out partly in barriques and partly in Slavonian oak barrels and takes about 18 months.
