Tasting Notes
Wine iridescent ruby-red color.
The wine has a bold, dense and sweet taste with a distinctive liquorice tones. Excellent structure is very long and refined finish. Wine requires 10-15 years of aging.
The wine has an unusual odor, which are interwoven notes of blackberry, black raspberry liqueur, truffles and tar.
To Tash goes well with the traditional red wines meats and cheeses. But as the producer, the perfect combination of wine are truffles, rabbit meat and game birds and cheeses are best suited Citeaux (sieve), Saint-Nectaire (Saint-Nectaire) and Brillat-Savarin (Brihaye-Savarin).
