Tasting Notes
The wine is very dark inky ruby color.
A full-bodied wine with a smooth texture and volume has harmonious, flexible, generous and juicy taste with fine silky tannins, blackberry tones and colors. A long caressing finish marked light peppery accents.
The wine shows a remarkable purity of aromas of raspberries, blackberries and other berries black framed notes of minerals, smoked, violets and underbrush.
The wine will be paired with delicious seasoned cheese, red meat and game.
