The taste of wine is full bodied, with primary fruit notes of ripe plums, dark cherries and blackberries, which are connected with the development of earthy and balsamic nuances. A substantial, well-integrated structure with soft tannins and good acidity level is supported by a long aftertaste.
Intense, deep and strong tones of plum and dark cherry flavor wines are kept notes of tobacco, clove and cedar, chocolate and coffee.
The wine goes well with red meat, roast, game, dishes with truffles, cheeses, pasta with meat sauce.

Vineyard "Aluffi", which is grown Barbera for "La Court", is located in Castelnuovo Kalchea.
