Tasting Notes
The wine is a brilliant ruby red color.
The taste of the wine is full and supple, with notes of red fruit, which blend harmoniously with notes of vanilla and tobacco. The finish is soft, with balanced tannins and acidity.
In the aromatic bouquet of wine contains tones of black currant and blackberry, which are complemented by light notes of violets and tobacco.
The wine goes well with meat dishes and soft cheeses.

Winery Tenuta La Braccesca - one of the first acquisitions Antinori in 1990 - is located a few kilometers from Montepulciano, to the south-east of Tuscany, on the border with Umbria. Property has a total area of 380 hectares and consists of two parts: the historical center, located in the south of Montepulciano and occupies 86 hectares, planted with vines for the best Nobile di Montepulciano production, and 294 hectares of land between Montepulciano and Cortona, of which 151 hectares placed under vineyards at the foot of the hills surrounding the town of Cortona.
"La Braccesca" 2011 - a graceful, elegant, balanced wine, Antinori manufactured since 1990. After gathering the grapes for 15 days fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. After fermentation, the wine was poured into wooden casks, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months. After bottling the spring of 2013, the wine matured even 12 months.
