The wine is light yellow in color.

J.Bouchon Reserva line was designed to showcase the best terroirs Maule Valley through expressive wines of high quality. This line is made from carefully selected grapes from their own areas of the company in Santa Rosa, Las Mercedes and Mingre.
"Reserva" Chardonnay - Chilean dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes from the plantations of the estate of Las Mercedes. Soil with a high content of clay, silt and sand gives the wine body and structure. The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of February and transported to the winery in small boxes. The vineyards are located in the dry coastal region of Maule Valley, in Santa Maria de Mingre, Santa Rosa, Las Mercedes and the estate Betuko.
