Taste

"Illivio" - an amazing quiet white wine, which was first created in 1998. The reason for making this great beverage that has a non-trivial, memorable and exotic taste, was the 85th anniversary of Livio Felluga. In honor of significant date sons of the legendary entrepreneur decided to develop a wine "Illivio", which fully reflects the character of the father - a noble and elegant, but at the same time a staunch and steadfast.
The grapes for "Illivio" grown on sandy and marl soils Eocene period. The vines are cultivated by the method of Guyot. Harvest for wine production is harvested by hand in mid-September.
