Interesting Facts
Its Brunello di Montalcino Alessandro Mori, owner of the winery "Il Marroneto" says biodynamic. "I produce it in harmony with nature: observation of the lunar phases decanter, natural sedimentation, lack of control over the temperature. For me, the harvest - the end of the work, and not the beginning! ". Yields Sangiovese, Brunello is created from which deliberately reduced. For vintage Alessandro selects grapes, which stem becomes brownish. This is a signal that the seeds inside the fruit reached the necessary maturity and natural tannin is at the proper level. Hence the durability of Brunello "Il Marroneto" (20-30 years). Due to the fact that the wine is rich in tannins and bright acidity, it long remained young and bright, with tannins softened by the passage of time, and the wine becomes very emotional.
