Ile Bruchato, Bolgheri DOC - one of the brightest in the line of wines Tenuta Guado Al Tasso created from non-traditional Tuscan grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Harvest carefully collected and sorted by hand and then falls into the winepress. Vinification of each of the varieties of grapes are individually and includes three stages: maceration, primary (alcoholic) fermentation and malolactic secondary (malolactic) fermentation. And the first two processes take place in stainless steel vats, and the third - in oak barrels. After the end of fermentation, the wine is blended and rests for 8 months in oak, and then another 6 months matures in the bottle.
