Wine of deep red color.
The taste of wine is well-balanced, fresh, elegant, with an excellent balance of fruit, floral and earthy notes of, with rounded tannins.
The aroma of wine is filled with fruity notes, notes of raspberries, herbs and subtle nuances of color.
Wine is perfect for pasta with porcini mushrooms, roast duck breast with plum sauce, fried chicken livers on toast.
Interesting Facts
Dry red wine "Ysabel" got its name as a tribute and in memory of Mrs. Isabel, the matriarch of the family de la Guerra. Vintage 2012 was similar to its climate c 2009. year. The days were warm and soft, with a gradual onset of cool nights, with no sudden changes in temperature, which allowed harvesting in September to get a well-matured and well-balanced taste berries. After maceration the wine was aged in 15 months in French barrels (20% of which - new) and bottled without filtration.
