Cognac Hine, Rare VSOP is an assemblage of more than 25 alcohol from grapes grown in the best areas of the Grand and Petit Champagne. Fermentation of wine used for the production of cognac is carried out only on natural yeast, followed by aging on the lees, which guarantees a rich, harmonically rich beverage. After the double distillation for making future Hine Rare VSOP cognac leave only the best faction called the "heart". Selected for aging cognac spirits first 8 months of maturing in new French oak barrels Limousin, then in old barrels. Maturation takes place mainly in the old cellars on the banks of the Charente in Jarnac. These cellars are ideal conditions for aging alcohols, each of which is for the long aging acquires unique shades of flavor and taste. Average age alcohols involved further assemblage is 10 years. Then finished cognac for a while placed in large oak barrels from Limousin oak for stabilization, and only after that luxury Rare VSOP is bottled.
