Producer's description
Guillaume Vrignaud Winery , located in the heart of Premiers Crus "Fursch" in Fontenay-pre-Chablis, has its own understanding of what Chablis should be and its style. Cultivating 29 hectares of vineyards in Chablis, the Vrinyo domain has a very specific approach to terroirs. Thanks to the knowledge of the sites located on the Portland and Kimeridi limestones, the care of the vines and the organic farming, the company makes excellent wines that perfectly convey the characteristics of the terroir. After all, Guillaume Vrinho adheres to the philosophy that wine is born in a vineyard, and not in a cellar. Therefore, the work at the winery is aimed at identifying and transferring the territory, climate and varietal characteristics of the crop in the finished product.
