Wine deep, almost black.
The wine has a rounded and juicy taste, which immediately felt rich, layered and penetrating notes of black berries. Midheaven very extended and leads to a pleasant, moderately long and supple final. The tannins are sweet initially, but gradually become drier.
The wine has a rich aroma with notes of minerals, roasted chestnuts, fresh crushed currants, burnt caramel, spice, dark chocolate and lavender.
The wine goes well with meat dishes and cheeses.
