The taste of the wine refreshing, light, fruity, with a smooth texture, hints of peach, white flowers, grapefruit, crisp acidity and a clean finish.
The aroma of wine is dominated by shades of citrus fruits.
Wine can be submitted as an aperitif, combined with appetizers, fish, soft cheeses, salads, grilled vegetables, in its purest form.

Wines range "Flying Solo" Gaida domain feat notes intrepid aviators and innovators famous airplane "Aeropostale", who risked everything to deliver the first of mail from France to Barcelona in 1918, and then flew to North Africa and even South America.
"Flynn solo 'Grenache Blanc, Viognier - fresh wine with a lively, crisp taste and rich aroma filled with citrus shades. The grapes for its production are grown on a limestone plateau in the Minervois. Vinification of each variety held separately. For the fermentation and aging steel tanks are used. In 2013, the wine won a bronze medal at the "International Wine Challenge".
