Wine rich ruby red color.
The wine shows a dense, dry, well-structured and balanced taste with fine-grained tannins mellow, pleasant minerality and exciting tones of fruit. Long aftertaste decorate notes of ginger, rose petals and cedar combined with nuances of smoke.
Complex and delicate aroma of the wine is woven from flavors of red currant, strawberry, mocha, graphite and spices.
Wine will be a wonderful pair with dishes of meat, poultry or game, it also goes well with cheese.

Gaja, Sori Tildin, Langhe DOC - incredibly harmonious wine from Angelo Gaja, with great aging potential (some vintages can be stored up to 40 years or more). Powerful, rounded, elegant structure, ripe tannins and rich taste. In 1967, Angelo Gaja acquired a vineyard in the province of Barbaresco and gave him the name Sori Tildin. Tildin - short name of Clotilde, grandmother Angelo Gaja - Clotilde Ray. It was a great woman who played a very important role in the history of the family of Gaia. Sori, in translation from the Piedmontese dialect, "top of the hill on the south side," due to the location of the vineyard. Gaja, Sori Tildin born from grape varieties Nebbiolo and Barbera. The berries are fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature conditions for 3 weeks.
