The wine is deep ruby red.

Gaja, Dagromis, Barolo DOCG - elegant red wine, born in the well-known Italian wines Barolo province. The name of the wine is named after the family Gromis, which in the 19th century belonged to the vineyards in La Morra. After harvest, the berries are fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 28 ° C for 1 week and at a temperature of 18 ° C for 2 more weeks. The resulting product was poured into barriques and aged 12 months, then the wine is placed in oak barrels for 12 months.
