Interesting Facts

Gabriel Boudier - resident of Burgundy, who in 1874 in the capital, Dijon, organized a small company involved in the creation of liqueurs. Our philosophy was to study, use and preservation of old traditions and methods of making beverages. Bude successfully coped with the production of gin by the same traditional methods. To begin with the most carefully gathered berries, after which they were sent for storage in a cold environment. Furthermore, almost half of the month is their soaking in alcohol, which according to its taste must be absolutely neutral. The result is a breathtaking blend with wine aroma. The next step - the addition of infusion of refined sugar, which had previously been enriched with fruit extracts. The main secret of gin, of course, is the scrupulous observance of proportions. Gabriel Boudier in the appearance of the bottle uses a slightly vintage design that is combined with a very bright label and color of the drink. The modern design of the bottle is almost exactly the same as the one used in the XIX century, during the creation of the company, except for the introduction of innovations - white glass, which perfectly underlines the unique natural color of gin.

Saffron Gin
- one of the most complex and unique distilled gins, the recipe of which has a century-long history. He created a unique recipe, found in the archives of France. This Indian recipe XIX century contains eight natural herbal ingredients. Along with saffron, which gives gin delicately spicy character and a unique color, it contains seven other natural plant components, among them - juniper, coriander, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris, dill, fennel. This drink is made in small batches.
