Interesting Facts
Mukuzani - protected geographical indication wine region of Kakheti. Saperavi grape variety from which the wine is produced, purchased from winegrowers in mukuzanskoy micro-zone on the right bank of the river Alazani. The grapes are harvested by hand at the peak of maturity. After gentle destemming and crushing the grapes fermented for 12-15 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (23-28 ° C) using the cultural yeast. Used delestazh and remontazh.
