Wine of light yellow color.
The wine has a rich, smooth taste with hints of apricot and pear, which are replaced by notes of honey, vanilla and dry wood. Very persistent flavor in the aftertaste present light almond bitterness.
The wine has a very strong, rich, penetrating aroma, which are distinguishable floral tones, passing in shades of apple fruit, peach and apricot. The aroma is also manifested vanilla and citrus notes, and complete the whole range of spices and dried fruits.
The wine goes well with cold and hot appetizers, dishes with fish and poultry, as well as with cheese and fruit.
Interesting Facts
Grapes for wine Franciacorta Brut going at the beginning of September. Fermentation takes place in several stages in stainless steel tanks and oak barriques. Then for eight months the wine is kept in steel tanks and then, bottling, subjected to secondary fermentation drink. Within four years, the wine is kept in cellars at a temperature no higher than 12C, and then subjecting it to disgorging. Ageing potential wine from 5-7 years.
