The taste of wine - full, rounded, with hints of gooseberry, star anise, grapefruit, mineral nuances and harmonious aftertaste.

Interesting Facts
Sancerre "Les Belles Vignes" - a dry white wine that is produced from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After harvesting grapes and sorting process begins at a controlled temperature of fermentation 16-20 in stainless steel vats. Fermentation takes 3 weeks, followed by maturation on lees.
Fournier took winemaking family in 1950. In the Loire Valley, in the heart of France, was purchased 5 hectares of land with vineyards. To date, this economy has become one of the largest in the region and increased its ownership to 56 hectares. Vineyards were originally divided among the three domains: Domain Fournier Père e Fils, Domaine de Saint Rombl, Domaine de berthierite. Domain Fournier Père e Fiss produces wines of Sancerre, Menethil Salon and Pouilly Fumé,. In 1996, the vineyards were purchased by the Domain de Saint-Rombl that wonderful terroir known and quite mature vines. Products with this domain name repeatedly awarded prestigious medals and prizes. Domaine de berthierite mainly produces wine called Pouilly-Fumé. More than half - 70% of the wines of the three domains are exported to more than 30 countries around the world.
