Wine moderately deep red color.
The wine has an incredibly fresh taste with subtle balsamic properties, set off by notes of red and black yagod.Zrelye tannins and a long oslevkusie.
The wine has a scent with notes of blackberry, coffee, black currant and cherry.
The wine goes well with grilled or braised meat, grilled meat and cheeses.

Fontodi estate located in the heart of Chianti Classico. Name "Fontodi" translates from Latin as "a place where a lot of water." Fine wines Fontodi were known in the early 20th century. To date, the economy managed by brothers Marco and Giovanni Manetti, who, together with the famous enologist Frank Barnaby adhere to traditional winemaking techniques and use biological system of growing grapes without the use of chemical fertilizers. The absence of any "chemistry" enables to enhance wines, including della Pieve in Flachchanello, natural characteristics of the terroir.
