Taste wine juicy, generous, lively, with a dense structure, well-integrated tannins, lively acidity. Repeating flavor berry shades enhanced sweet-spicy notes. The finish is long.
The wine has a rich and warm aroma with notes of cherry, plum jam of red berries, pipe tobacco, coffee beans and smoked meat.

Wine "Pietramora" named after the first adjustment of the hill in Emilia and translates as "black stone". The grapes for this wine are harvested from vines grown in the vineyards, with the north-eastern exposure. The average age of the vines - about 25 years. Wine debuted on the market in 1985, and has since produced 16 of its vintages. Wine production - traditional for red wine. "Petramora" is created from grapes with the possible addition of Sangiovese variety Ancelotti (up to 5%). After collecting and sorting the berries should be a long process (15 to 21 days) maceration. Then the wine is kept in the new 300-liter French oak barrels (70% new) for 15 months and 12 months in bottles.

Vineyards farms (28 hectares) is located on a very beautiful, diverse, low-rolling hills of Tuscany Romance Apennines, which are grown by local and international grape varieties: Sangiovese (80%), Trebbiano, Albano, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon.
