"Casal Garcia" Rose, Vinho Verde DOC appeared in the line in 2008 and already in 2010 was awarded a gold medal at the contest "Mundus Vini". Its taste corresponds to the general style of Vinho Verde - fresh and young. Varieties Vinhau (Suzao), Azal Tinto and Borrakal are extruded carefully under low pressure. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine settles on the sediment, then it is filtered and stabilized in the cold. The balance of natural sugar balances the juicy shades of red fruits, bright acidity and light sparkling. Chilled, it will bring real pleasure on a hot summer day.
The brand Casal Garcia occupies an important place in the activities of Quinta da Aveleda . The wines of this line are easy to recognize by a unique label, representing a postage stamp and a bottle of bluish-green glass. Producer's description
The farmhouse of the Adega Cooperativa de Ponte da Barca , founded in 1963, is located in the north of Portugal in the heart of Alta Mighno, in the town of Ponte da Barca. Three years after the foundation, the company began bottling wine and selling it in the local alcohol market. In 2008, the company, together with other producers, merged into the holding company ViniVerdi SA.
To date, the total area of the Adega Cooperativa de Ponte da Barca vineyards is 900 hectares. The plant has modern equipment, every stage of production is under strict supervision of leading experts. The annual output is 5,000,000 liters. The company is a partner brand of the Bayadera Group .
