"El Amo" is a brand of premium tequila, 100% made from blue agave distillate. Translated from Spanish, its name translates as “Master”, which fully reflects the exclusivity of drinks of this line. The quality of the tequila "El Amo" is self-observed by the general director of the company, E. B. Casillas. For its production is used specially selected agave core, which is baked in traditional red brick ovens. After natural fermentation, the drink undergoes double distillation.

Hacienda La Capilla is one of the few ancient haciendas (estates) that remain in Jalisco. The history of the estate dates back to the end of the 19th century, its first owner was Don Antonio "El Amo" Aceves, who devoted his life to the cultivation of agave and the production of tequila. The hacienda is located in Jalisco, east of Guadalajara, a region that is considered one of the best places to grow agave due to the weather conditions and properties of the soil, so it is home to several of the best tequila producers. Hacienda La Capilla has been building its history for more than 15 years and today is a tequila producing house, distinguished by the high quality standards of its products, which were achieved through cooperation with the local population. A well-equipped factory producing various brands of tequila that are not only consumed in Mexico but throughout the world provides many jobs.
