Wine lemon-gold color.
The wine has a vibrant, balanced taste with sharp notes of lavender and thyme, complemented by nuances of peanut butter and crushed stone, which gradually becomes a persistent finish.
The wine is bright, seductive aroma with dominant notes of lemon and yellow plum.
The wine goes well with white meat, seafood, fish, pastries and fresh fruit.

Deidesheimer "Hohenmorgen" - a dry white wine made from Riesling grapes grown in the vineyard "Hohenmorgen" Grand Cru Class. Harvesting is done manually, after which the berries are fermented at a controlled temperature. Wine is aged in barrels.
Winery Dr. Buerklin-Wolf is one of the most respected and renowned in the region Palatinate. It has a long tradition, leading its history since 1597. One of the founders of the economy was Bernhard Byurklin, mayor of Wachenheim in the early XVII century. He acquired large areas for vineyards, which ushered in the family enterprise.
